Washington: The United States Department of Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced that employers and legal professionals can jointly make H1B visa registrations and petitions on behalf of employees working in the same organization. As part of this, MyUSCIS announced that it has started a new service from Wednesday under the name of Institutional Accounts. In this, companies can open an account. USCIS said that companies can request priority services for important, deserving applications and petitions through Form I-907, and DHS will make the decision whether to grant immigration benefits to these applicants. The US Department of Immigration Services has revealed that the first registration process for H1B visas for the year 2025 has been carried out from March 6 to 22. For non-capped H1B visas, I-129 and I-907 forms are allowed to be filled online in March, and petitions and I-907 forms of those selected in the capped H1B visa registrations will be accepted from April 1.
