New Hampshire, USA: In his new role, Priyadarshi will oversee the company's finance, investor relations, corporate strategy, and information technology operations while also leading its international business expansion efforts.

Priyadarshi joins Planet Fitness after serving as Chief Financial Officer and President, International at Keurig Dr Pepper. He brings more than two decades of leadership experience across leading global consumer-focused companies.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions at renowned organizations including PepsiCo, Walmart, Flexport, and Vista Outdoor. His international experience spans North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Africa, where he has managed multi-billion-dollar businesses operating in over 80 countries.

Welcoming the appointment, Planet Fitness Chief Executive Officer Colleen Keating described Priyadarshi as an accomplished leader with a strong track record of delivering business growth and building high-performing teams.

Keating said his strategic mindset and financial expertise would strengthen the company's operational execution and support its continued leadership in providing accessible, high-value fitness services worldwide.

Speaking about his appointment, Priyadarshi said Planet Fitness has built a strong reputation through its commitment to affordable and accessible fitness. He added that he looks forward to helping expand the company's global presence while driving sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Priyadarshi holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the National Law School of India University. He also earned a business administration degree from Georgia Southern University and completed studies in Public Policy with Artificial Intelligence at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore.
