A note reportedly left at the scene read, "At least 3 cars were vandalised on Crystal House property last weekend", adding that the wheels of at least three cars had been stolen.

The note also criticised the property's management over parking-lot security and urged residents to raise the issue with Crystal House Management.

According to the woman, her brother woke up to discover that all four wheels had been removed from his vehicle while it was parked.
