Leading tech giant International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) CEO Arvind Krishna has issued an ultimatum to the employees. Staff who are performing duties from work from home are advised to come to the office or else leave the organization.

On January 16, IBM Senior Vice President John Granger sent an internal mail to the managers and staff working in the HR department in America. Bloomberg reports that the email states that 'regardless of where you currently work, you must perform duties at an office or client location at least three days a week
