Indian Women-Led Startups Featured in Aurora Tech Award 2025 Longlist for Global Recognition

The Aurora Tech Award 2025 is set to honor global women entrepreneurs who have made significant strides in innovation across various fields, including healthcare, productivity, interior design, and social impact.

Among the 120 startups selected for the prestigious longlist, four women-led ventures from India have earned a place, showcasing the exceptional contributions of female entrepreneurs to the tech industry. The longlist, drawn from 2,018 applications across 116 countries, highlights these trailblazing women who are transforming their industries with cutting-edge solutions.

Indian Female Entrepreneurs Make Their Mark

MAMMA-MIYA: Aashika Abraham’s Bengaluru-based startup offers an AI-driven daily planner app tailored to the needs of busy mothers. The app integrates work schedules, personal priorities, social commitments, activity trackers, period calendars, and self-care reminders into one platform. MAMMA-MIYA uses behavioral science and data to help mothers achieve a more organized, balanced, and fulfilling life.


Dzylo: Founded by Anita Tailor in 2022, Dzylo is an AI-powered SaaS platform designed for the interior design and construction sectors. Based in Gurgaon, Haryana, this platform streamlines project management, team collaboration, client communication, and resource tracking, helping businesses in these industries enhance their productivity and stay competitive.

Aica Health: Launched by Manishaa Soin in 2022, Aica Health, headquartered in Gurgaon, uses AI to improve the management of chronic conditions and facilitate coordinated geriatric care at home. The platform automates complex processes, increasing efficiency and saving time for both patients and healthcare providers.

Tech4Good Community (T4GC): Founded by Rinju Rajan, T4GC offers Flake, an open-source data management tool designed for non-technical users. Based in Bangalore, Karnataka, T4GC empowers NGOs with technology that strengthens their ability to serve underserved communities. With over 15 years of experience in the social sector, T4GC ensures that its tech solutions are not only efficient but culturally appropriate for local needs.

The Prestigious Aurora Tech Award The Aurora Tech Award, established by inDrive, is a global initiative that celebrates the achievements of women in technology and digital innovation. The winners, announced in spring 2025, will receive invaluable mentorship, networking opportunities, and financial support to help scale their businesses.

Startups selected for the longlist must meet specific criteria: they must be founded or co-founded and led by a woman, have a working prototype, fall within an investment limit of $4 million in funding (including seed rounds), and be under five years old.

The Aurora Tech Award is dedicated to bridging the gender gap in the tech sector, helping women entrepreneurs build sustainable businesses that drive both economic and social change. The recognition of these Indian women-led startups is a significant step in supporting innovation, particularly in emerging markets like India.
