PM Modi Commends Telugu NRI Birkuri Pradeep for His Efforts in Promoting Indian Culture in Nigeria

During his visit to Nigeria, Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised a young Telugu expatriate for his innovative work in preserving and promoting Indian culture abroad.

Prime Minister Modi, while in Nigeria, congratulated Birkuri Pradeep, a Telugu expat based in the country, for his continued efforts to preserve Indian culture. Hailing from Krantinagar village in Yadadri district's Aleru Mandal, Pradeep is based in Nigeria and actively contributes to spreading Indian cultural values across Nigeria and other African nations.

In recognition of his contributions, the Indian Embassy honored Pradeep during PM Modi's visit to Abuja. Notably, Pradeep also scaled Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak, as part of his efforts to promote Indian culture. When PM Modi saw a photograph of himself that Pradeep had taken during the climb, he personally congratulated him and signed the photo.

A staunch BJP supporter, Pradeep is regarded as one of the prominent Telugu expatriates in Nigeria. He mentioned that nearly half of the crowd that welcomed PM Modi in Abuja were Telugu expatriates.
