Funded by cryptocurrency investors, the statue aims to provoke discussion on digital currency, monetary policy, and the federal government’s role in financial markets.
Organizers said it also honors Trump’s outspoken support for cryptocurrency. Several social media posts praised Trump’s pro-crypto stance.
