Alexis Wilkins Sues Three for Spreading False Mossad ‘Honeypot’ Allegations

Alexis Wilkins Lawsuits: Kash Patel’s Partner Takes Legal Action Against Kyle Seraphin, Sam Parker, and Elijah Schaffer

Washington, D.C., USA: Alexis Wilkins, who is in a relationship with FBI Director Kash Patel, has filed several defamation lawsuits following the spread of online conspiracy theories targeting her.

Wilkins alleges that she became the subject of false claims accusing her of being connected to Israeli intelligence and working as a “honeypot.” The rumors suggested she was an operative for Mossad, Israel’s national intelligence agency, and that her relationship with Patel was part of a covert operation.

In total, Wilkins has filed three lawsuits in connection with these allegations. Speaking on The Megyn Kelly Show in July, she shared her distress over the rumors, saying she was “shocked” when she first heard about them. “It’s a horrible accusation to say that I’m manipulating the person I love,” Wilkins said.

She explained that the viral posts caused real harm to her and her family: “These posts reached millions of people. Beyond the emotional impact, they led to harassment, doxxing, and false accusations. I’ve always tried to stand for good values and positive work, so being accused of deceit is deeply hurtful.”

When host Megyn Kelly asked if she was affiliated with any foreign intelligence agency, Wilkins laughed off the claim, firmly responding, “Absolutely not — that’s a definite no.”

Details of the Lawsuits Filed by Alexis Wilkins

1. Kyle Seraphin

Wilkins filed her first defamation lawsuit in August 2025 against Kyle Seraphin, a former FBI agent turned podcaster. According to court documents, Seraphin allegedly spread false claims that Wilkins — described as an “American-born country singer” — was working for a foreign government to influence and compromise the FBI Director. The filing states that Seraphin used this fabricated story “as self-enriching clickbait,” and Wilkins seeks to hold him responsible for “knowingly spreading malicious lies.”

2. Sam Parker

The second lawsuit, filed on October 31, 2025, targets Sam Parker, a former U.S. Senate candidate from Utah. The lawsuit accuses Parker of repeatedly spreading false statements suggesting Wilkins was a foreign operative. It claims he used these baseless allegations for “fundraising clickbait” and seeks to hold him accountable for “malicious and intentional defamation,” according to Newsweek.

3. Elijah Schaffer

Wilkins’ third lawsuit names Elijah Schaffer, a conservative media personality and CEO of Rift TV. The court filing alleges Schaffer promoted the same fabricated claims, portraying Wilkins as a foreign agent. It further asserts that Schaffer “used the false narrative for personal financial gain.” In response, Schaffer dismissed the lawsuit, comparing it to “a partner getting angry over a dream,” calling it “paranoid and delusional legal behavior.”
