Erica Kirk announced she has forgiven the man who took her husband Charlie Kirk’s life at a memorial in Glendale, Arizona, attended by over 10,000 people, including Trump. Her words, quoting the Bible about loving enemies, received a standing ovation.

Erica, a businesswoman and former Miss Arizona USA, married Charlie in 2021. They have two children.

Charlie was fatally shot while speaking at Utah Valley University. Erica will continue leading Turning Point US, founded by her late husband.

The memorial had tight security. Trump, Elon Musk, and others spoke, while J.D. Vance called the nation to mourn the loss of a “legend.”
