FBI Cracks Down on Fake Job Visa Scam, Arrests Two in Texas

In a major visa fraud case, two individuals were caught illegally obtaining U.S. visas by submitting fake certificates claiming job creation in America. These individuals sold the fraudulently obtained visas to foreign nationals for profit. The FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) in the USA has arrested the two Pakistani nationals involved. This was revealed by FBI Director Kash Patel.

FBI officials arrested Abdul Hadi Murshid (39) and Mohammad Salman (35), both from Pakistan, in Texas. They submitted fake documents claiming to create jobs and used them to illegally obtain visas, which they then sold to foreigners for large sums of money. The accused exploited EB-2, EB-3, and H-1B visa programs. They even published fake job advertisements in newspapers, pretending to comply with all U.S. Department of Labor regulations. Once the necessary permits were approved, they applied for green cards on behalf of those seeking visas.

As their illegal activities came to light, the FBI apprehended them. During the investigation, it was discovered that Murshid had attempted to illegally obtain U.S. citizenship. FBI officials in Dallas stated that these operations had been ongoing for several years. They emphasized the need for strong immigration laws to protect national security. The accused were produced in court, and authorities requested their custody. The next hearing is scheduled for the 30th of this month. If found guilty, the accused could face up to 20 years in prison, according to U.S. officials.
