The North American Telugu Association (NATS) has launched a new chapter in the twin cities of Bloomington and Normal, Illinois, bringing the Telugu community closer together.

Around 80 Telugu members attended the event. Laka Venukumar Maddineni and Krishna Vaitla will serve as chapter advisors, with Vijay Krishna Chinta as coordinator.

Joint coordinators include Premesh Gogineni, Bharat Abburi, and Mahipal Reddy Gasireddy, while Sushma Guda will lead women's initiatives.

NATS Chairman Prashanth Pinnamaneni outlined current initiatives, and President Srihari Mandadi reaffirmed NATS' support for Telugu people in the U.S. Local leaders shared plans to collaborate with other Telugu groups and serve the community effectively.
