Representatives of the North American Telugu Association (TANA) took part in the New York India Parade on India’s Independence Day, celebrating with national flags despite the intense sun.
TANA leaders, including Srinivas Oruganti, Satish Meka, Naga Panchumarthi, Krishna Prasad Sompalli, Srinivas Bharthavarapu, Sudheer Chand Narepalepu, and Mounika Manikonda, joined the event. A demonstration was also held to highlight the drawbacks of plastic use.
