TANA Announces Global Children Literature Festival for Young Writers 2025

Washington, D.C., USA: On the occasion of Children’s Day, the Telugu Association of North America (TANA) Literature Division has announced the International Children’s Literature Festival, in collaboration with the World Literature Forum. The event aims to bring together children’s authors and young talents from across the globe.

In an official statement, TANA revealed plans to host an international gathering of 100 children’s poets under the banner “Bal Sahitya Bheri” on November 30, 2025. The program invites participation from students worldwide, encouraging them to showcase their creativity through stories, poems, essays, songs, or prose pieces.

Children aged 5 to 15 years can submit their original works, limited to one page in length, based on the given themes. Each participant will be allotted three minutes to present their piece. Submissions must include the participant’s name, city, school, country, and contact number, and should be sent via WhatsApp to +91 9121081595 before November 14.

The selected participants will be invited to join the TANA International Virtual Conference on November 30, running from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. IST, marking a 13-hour global celebration of literature and creativity.

TANA President Dr Naren Kodali, World Literature Forum Organiser Dr Prasad Thotakura, and Coordinator Chigurumalla Srinivas stated that all participating students will receive certificates of appreciation for their contributions.
