Tornadoes Wreak Havoc in the USA, 35 Lives Lost

Washington: Powerful tornadoes and wildfires are wreaking havoc across central and southern parts of the United States. Homes and schools have suffered severe damage. A total of 35 people have lost their lives across different states. Officials reported that at least 12 people died in Missouri on Friday night. Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves confirmed the death of six individuals in his state.

In Alabama, houses and roads were severely damaged. Arkansas reported three fatalities, prompting Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders to declare a state of emergency. Similarly, the Governor of Georgia also announced an emergency in response to the ongoing disaster.The weather department has warned that dry areas are at high risk of wildfires. Reports indicate that around 130 fire incidents have already occurred across the country.
