The Sydney-based institute suggests that if Trump were re-elected, these countries could become a low priority for his administration. Specifically, countries like Vietnam, which have benefited from the shift of tech supply chains away from China due to the trade war, might have to be cautious of potential new tariffs imposed by Washington.
