Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei: The Viksit Bharat Run, held under the auspices of the Embassy of India in Brunei Darussalam, was conducted with great enthusiasm at Taman Mahkota Jubilee Emas, ECO Corridor, Bandar Seri Begawan. The event witnessed participation from over 150 individuals, including members of the Telugu Association, Indian expatriates, and local Brunei residents.
Participants ran together in a display of unity, reaffirming their commitment to India’s developmental vision, Viksit Bharat 2047 (Viksit Bharat 2047). The run stood as a remarkable reflection of India’s dedication to progress, community spirit, and patriotic values.
Speaking at the event, Ambassador Ramu Abbagani extended his sincere thanks to all attendees, remarking, “They are willing to contribute 16 hours a day if necessary for the nation’s growth.” The Telugu community in Brunei also actively engaged in the program, showcasing their commitment to India’s national initiatives and the solidarity of the Indian diaspora abroad.
