Solar Eclipse: Anticipation Builds for Spectacular Event Across North America

People across North America are eager to witness the total solar eclipse that will be visible in the skies of North America on Monday (April 8). This solar eclipse will be visible on the Pacific coast of Mexico. It will pass through Texas and 14 other US states before exiting Canada.

Scientists say it will last almost twice as long as the total solar eclipse that occurred in 2017. Along with many markets in America, the tourism department is making special arrangements for eclipse watchers. Airlines such as Southwest and Delta have announced flight routes to view the eclipse. Also, a large number of special eclipse safety glasses are available for sale in various markets.

Various colorful t-shirts and astronomical souvenirs are also sold. When there was a total solar eclipse in America in 2017, many companies turned it into a revenue stream. They also have Krispy Kreme. The Charlotte, North Carolina-based company released limited-edition chocolate glazed donuts in time for the 2017 solar eclipse.
