is nothing but contracting work to external agency regardless of work location
more often to foreign countries like India to reduce costs at the expense of
local jobs. H1B program brings skilled workers from different countries onsite
to America again at the expense of American jobs.
Outsourcing companies located outside
America often bring low-cost foreign workers to the USA using L-Visas, B-Visas
in addition to H1B- Visas. Outsourcing has an adverse impact on local jobs in
several ways like outsourcing work outside the country, bringing low-cost
workers to the USA by those outsourcing companies at the expense of local
workers. H1B program will attract exceptional talent from all over the world to
the USA, making USA globally competitive.
