American presidential election.. snow tension for Republican candidates

The buzz of the US presidential election will begin in a few hours. On the 15th of this month, the primary ballot (caucus) to elect the Republican Party's presidential candidate will be held in Iowa. However, there is tension among the competing candidates on how many votes will be counted in these primaries.

With temperatures dropping below zero degrees Fahrenheit and heavy snow in Iowa, candidates are tense about voter turnout. They seem to be worried that low voter turnout will hurt their chances of victory. Data from the National Weather Service says that the night of the 15th of this month when the ballot will be held, will be record cold.

Due to the already record snowfall here, the roads have been blocked and the top leaders vying for the Republican Party's presidential nomination, former President Donald Trump and Indian-origin billionaire businessman Vivek Ramaswamy, have had to cancel their campaign events. The final battle of the presidential election will be held in November this year.
