In 1988, a North Korean missile flew over Japan. Since then, Japan has taken steps to develop its own surveillance satellite network. It aims to establish a network of 10 satellites. Japan will get a chance to quickly detect missile launches with the help of this network. On the other hand, the H3 rocket is also being developed to speed up space missions.
