Tashkent, Uzbekistan: The Foreign Ministries of Uzbekistan and Austria have officially signed a cooperation program for the years 2024 to 2026, according to Trend reports.

Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister, Bakhtiyor Saidov, announced the agreement on his Telegram channel following a meeting with Austria's Federal Minister for European and International Affairs, Alexander Schallenberg. The signed program outlines key areas of collaboration across various sectors.

The meeting also included discussions on regional and global developments.

In addition, Uzbekistan and Austria have finalized a memorandum of cooperation. This document was established during an online meeting between Uzbekistan's Minister of Investment, Industry, and Trade, Laziz Kudratov, and Austria's Deputy Minister of Finance, Andreas Reichardt. The memorandum focuses on collaboration in innovative technologies, sharing best practices, and enhancing economic interactions.
