South Korea: Seoul's two primary airports have had to close their runways 20 times this year because of North Korean trash balloons, resulting in nearly seven hours of flight delays, as reported by official data.
The Seoul Regional Aviation Administration announced on Wednesday that the most extended disruption occurred on June 26, when both Incheon International Airport and Gimpo International Airport halted flights for 166 minutes after North Korea launched more than 250 balloons.
