Singapore: Gadapa Ramesh Babu has been unanimously re-elected as the President of the Telangana Cultural Society (Singapore) (TCSS) for a second consecutive term. The election took place during the Eleventh Annual General Meeting held on November 17. The meeting began with a tribute to Gone Narender Reddy, honoring his contributions to the society. Members also reviewed and approved the revenue and expenditure report for the financial year 2023-2024.
The society expressed gratitude to auditors Garlapati Lakshma Reddy and Bandaru Sridhar for their work during the financial year 2023-2024. Election Officer Dornala Chandrasekhar announced the results, highlighting that Gadapa Ramesh Babu's nomination for a second term as president, along with his executive team, was unanimously approved within the nomination deadline.
In his acceptance speech, Gadapa Ramesh Babu thanked the members for trusting him with another term. He pledged to work towards the society's growth with the support of the newly formed executive committee. On this occasion, he also extended his gratitude to the outgoing and current committee members. Kiran Kailasapu and Velladevarapalli Venkata Kishan Rao have been appointed as the new auditors for the financial year 2024-2025.
Key changes in the committee include Basika Prashanth Kumar, who previously served as General Secretary for eight years, and Juluri Santhosh Kumar, who previously served as General Secretary and Treasurer, now taking on the role of Vice-President. Bondugula Ramu, who previously served as Vice-President and Regional Secretary, has also been assigned new responsibilities.

Other notable members include Shiva Prasad Avula, Vijaya Mohan Vengala, Praveen Mamidala, Satish Pesaru, Manikanta Reddy, Ravi Chaitanya Maisa, Challa Krishna, and Sugunakar Reddy. Gadapa Ramesh Babu also acknowledged the support of committee members such as Garrepalli Kasturi Srinivas, Sridhar Kolluri, Ginnala Surender Reddy, Aroori Kavitha Santhosh Reddy, Nagamadla Deepa, Kiran Kumar Veeramallu, and Ranga Patnala.
