Medical scam in America.. Indian jailed for 9 years

An Indian who was involved in a healthcare scam in America was found guilty by the court there.

The court found an Indian guilty of a healthcare scam in America. He was sentenced to 9 years in prison. According to local media reports, Yogish K. Pancholi (43) from India resides in Michigan. He runs a company called 'Sharing Homecare'. He used the names, signatures, and personal information of others other than his details for this company's purchases. Within two months, he received about Rs 23.25 crores (2.8 million dollars) from Medicare. He claimed this amount without rendering any services. With the help of friends, he transferred these funds to the bank accounts of Dolla companies. From there there are allegations that it was diverted to Pancholi's account in India. The court that tried the case found the accused guilty.
