Sankranti Celebrations in

Sankranthi celebrations are going on in London, the capital of Britain. Scouts under the auspices of 'Indians In Thurrock' organized a festival in Ockendon. Along with Telugu, Tamils, Punjabis and many North Indians are part of this. Srikanth Panjala, a Telugu man who was recently elected as a Thurrock Labor Councilor, was the special guest and greeted everyone with festive greetings.

Srikanth Panjala said that it was a great honour for him to participate in this program. Appreciating the efforts of the organizers, he assured that he will contribute to the organization of more such programs in the future. The participants of the festival were present in traditional attire and impressed everyone. They tasted the special dishes of their respective states.
