Telangan: Family members reported that Bandi Rohit Reddy, aged 27, from Gundrathimadugu village in Kuravi Mandal, Mahabubabad District, sustained severe injuries in a road accident in Texas, USA, and subsequently passed away while receiving treatment.

Rohit Reddy, the eldest son of Bandi Anil Reddy and Anitha Reddy from Gundrathimadugu, was involved in a car accident in Texas on April 14 of this year and had been hospitalized for treatment.

He succumbed to his injuries on the 24th of this month. Anil Reddy and Anitha Reddy, along with their younger son, returned to India from America on Monday. The family has indicated that Rohit Reddy's body is expected to arrive in India on the 31st of this month or the 1st of August. The final rites for Rohit Reddy will be conducted in Gundrathimadugu.
