Boston, Massachusetts, USA:  An Indian-origin student residing in the United States has tragically died in the Bahamas after an accidental fall from a hotel balcony.

Gaurav Jaising, 25, was a student at Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts, and was set to graduate this week. As part of a trip with friends, he was staying at a hotel in the Bahamas. On Sunday evening, while walking on the balcony, he accidentally fell. Bystanders quickly responded and rushed him to the hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries en route.

“Jaising's death is deeply saddening,” Bentley University stated on X, offering heartfelt condolences to his family. Authorities have confirmed that the investigation into his death is ongoing.
