On regional connectivity, Modi stressed respect for sovereignty, citing India’s projects like Chabahar Port and the North-South Transport Corridor.
Modi promoted India’s growth model of “Reform, Perform, Transform” and invited SCO nations to join its development journey.
He praised the SCO's new measures aimed at curbing organized crime, combating drug networks, and strengthening cybersecurity. In bilateral talks, he discussed ties with China and Russia and reaffirmed development cooperation with the Maldives.
