An intellectual property law attorney of Indian origin, Modha earned the international title through a UK-based online pageant platform that honors intelligence, creativity, and humanitarian values. Representing the United States, she stood out for her sustained contributions across law, media, the arts, and public service.

Her selection marks a notable moment for the organization, as she brings a rare combination of advanced legal expertise, artistic excellence, and global humanitarian work. Modha holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and is also active as a television presenter, author, journalist, lyricist, and illustrator.
