Kharrazi also promised to support Pezeshkian throughout his presidency.
The former foreign minister elaborated on the SCFR's role in shaping Iran's foreign policy.
Masoud Pezeshkian is scheduled to be inaugurated as the ninth president of the Islamic Republic before the parliament next Tuesday, following his victory in the snap presidential elections held after President Ebrahim Raisi tragically lost his life in a helicopter crash.
