Texas State University expelled a student for re-enacting Charlie Kirk’s tragic incident during a campus memorial.
A video showed the student mocking Kirk, using profanity, and violating campus rules with a vape/weed pen.
The incident drew criticism from Governor Greg Abbott. University President Kelly Damphouse confirmed the student is no longer enrolled.
A similar case occurred at Texas Tech University. Kirk was shot at Utah Valley University and later succumbed to his injuries.
