UAE Launches New Golden Visa Scheme For Indians

The UAE has introduced a new nomination-based Golden Visa, moving away from the earlier requirement of heavy investments in assets or businesses. In the first phase, 5,000 Indians will be offered this visa on a pilot basis.

Under the new policy, applicants can secure a lifetime UAE Golden Visa by paying a fee of 1 lakh AED (approx. ₹23.3 lakh), instead of investing ₹4.66 crore. India and Bangladesh have been chosen as the inaugural countries to participate in the UAE’s newly launched Golden Visa pilot program.

The Rayad Group has been assigned to manage the nomination process in India. Applicants will be vetted for criminal history and online activity before their applications are forwarded to the UAE government for final approval.

Golden Visa holders can bring their families to Dubai and are allowed to work or run businesses there.
