Vandalism at Hindu Temple in California: India Strongly Condemns Attack

California: A Hindu temple in the United States was attacked by miscreants who vandalized the premises and wrote anti-India graffiti. India has strongly condemned the attack and demanded strict action against those responsible.

In Chino Hills, California, the BAPS Hindu temple was damaged by attackers who wrote anti-India and anti-Hindu slogans on its perimeter walls. BAPS Public Affairs member responded on Twitter, stating that the temple was vandalized after slogans were shouted. He emphasized that the Indian community always stands for peace and opposes hatred, reaffirming that they do not intend to attack anyone.

India’s Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson, Randhir Jaiswal, also reacted on Twitter. He stated, "We have seen reports of vandalism at a Hindu temple in California. We strongly condemn such disgraceful acts. The perpetrators must be held accountable, and adequate security should be provided for temples."
