New York, USA: Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. has appointed Ashima Ghei as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective December 16. Ghei had been acting as the company’s Interim CFO since July 1, 2024, and made significant contributions to Broadridge’s financial strategy in the first half of fiscal year 2025.

Ghei became the CFO of Broadridge's Investor Communications business (ICS) in January 2022, where she spearheaded important initiatives in investment optimization, product profitability, pricing, contract negotiations, and planning and analytics.She also played a significant role in driving profitable growth in Broadridge’s Governance business, contributing to both organic and acquisition-based growth.
Prior to joining Broadridge, Ghei worked at American Express for 18 years, concluding her tenure as the head of Merchant Pricing for the Americas.

Ghei has a degree in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta..
