Telugu student Jahnavi Kandula (23) died in a road accident in Seattle, USA. She died on the spot when a police patrol vehicle hit her while crossing the road. It seems that no criminal action is being taken against the police officer who caused her death. The King County Prosecutor's Office in Washington State made a statement to this effect on Wednesday.
