Heartbreaking loss in Jaggayyagudem
Golamari Kranthi Kumar Reddy, a 35-year-old software engineer from Jaggayyagudem village in Ainavolu Mandal, passed away in Dallas on June 17 after battling a prolonged illness. Kranthi, son of Golamari Jojireddy and Luth Mary, had moved to the United States for higher studies and later settled there for work. He was hospitalized in Dallas after experiencing a high fever and eventually succumbed to complications related to the fever and seizures.
Kranthi had been married to Priyanka, also a software professional from Telangana, for three years. The couple had a six-month-old son. Kranthi had completed his schooling at Navodaya Vidyalaya in Vargal, Medak district, where several of his classmates later moved to the United States. When his friends heard of his passing, they rallied together to ensure his body was brought back to his home village.
The body arrived in his native village on Thursday, and his family performed the burial rites according to Christian customs. His parents, devastated by the loss of their only son, were overcome with grief. The entire village shared in the sorrow of this untimely death.
