India has extended crucial humanitarian aid to Lebanon by sending 33 tons of essential medical supplies to help address the country's healthcare crisis. The first batch, comprising 11 tons of medical aid, was dispatched today, signifying India's commitment to providing timely assistance to Lebanon's ongoing health challenges.
According to the Ministry of External Affairs, the shipment includes a variety of life-saving medications, such as drugs for cardiovascular conditions, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), antibiotics, anti-inflammatory agents, and anesthetics.

More consignments are set to follow, with additional medical supplies expected to be sent in the coming weeks. These efforts aim to further strengthen Lebanon's healthcare response during this critical period.
