POCATELLO: Emergency responders swiftly attended to an intersection collision in west Pocatello on Wednesday evening, where a woman sustained injuries requiring hospitalisation.
The incident involved two vehicles, a Hyundai and a Ford sedan, which collided around 8:30 p.m. at the junction of West Carson Street and North Grant Avenue, adjacent to Raymond Park.
The adult female driver of one vehicle suffered injuries in the collision. She was promptly transported by Pocatello Fire Department ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center for treatment, with authorities indicating her injuries were non-life threatening.
Authorities have not yet released her identity.
The collision necessitated the closure of the West Carson-North Grant intersection for approximately 45 minutes.
