Dallas, Texas, USA: Lokireddy Madhavi has officially assumed charge as the new President of the North Texas Telugu Association (TANTEX). She took the oath of office during a formal swearing-in ceremony held in Dollar. On the occasion, she expressed her gratitude to the association members for placing their trust in her and assigning her this leadership role.
A native of Ongole in Prakasam district, Lokireddy Madhavi was selected to lead TANTEX, an organization dedicated to promoting Telugu language, literature, and cultural heritage. The newly elected 2026 Executive Board was formally announced during the Governing Board meeting conducted in Dallas on Sunday. Speaking at the event, Madhavi stated that it was an honor to serve as President of TANTEX, which was established in 1986 and is currently marking its 40th anniversary. She thanked the organization for the confidence shown in her leadership and assured members that she would introduce new initiatives aimed at further strengthening and elevating the association.
