Russia continues its attacks on Ukraine. A Russian attack targeted a warehouse of an Indian pharmaceutical company in the capital city of Kyiv. The attack specifically aimed to destroy medicines for children and the elderly. As a result, large-scale fires broke out, and the stock of medicines was destroyed. The attack took place on a warehouse belonging to a company named Kusum, according to the Ukrainian Embassy in New Delhi. They criticized Russia for deliberately targeting Indian companies.
The Ukrainian Embassy expressed anger, stating that Russia has been primarily targeting warehouses storing medicines for children and the elderly. They questioned whether it was acceptable for Russia, which claims to be a friend of India, to carry out such attacks. This criticism was shared on social media platform X.The British Ambassador to Ukraine, Martin Harris, also confirmed the Russian attack. He stated that the warehouse of the pharmaceutical company was completely destroyed in the Russian drone attack.
