In Balochistan, Pakistan, armed assailants stopped a bus on the N-40 highway, checked ID cards, and kidnapped nine passengers, all from Punjab.

They were later shot dead, and their bodies were found in the nearby hills within an hour and a half. Officials said about 10–12 gunmen were involved.
