Chandramouli Nagamallaiah (50), from Karnataka, was brutally beheaded by Cuban immigrant Yordanis Cobos-Martinez at a Dallas motel on September 10 after a dispute over a washing machine.

CCTV shows Cobos-Martinez chasing Nagamallaiah with a machete in front of his wife and teen son.

Despite their attempts to intervene, Cobos-Martinez decapitated Nagamallaiah, struck the head in the parking lot, and disposed of it in a dumpster.

He has been arrested, admitted to the crime, and charged with capital murder.
