Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA: The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the community’s help in locating 25-year-old Kugen Chinniah, who has been reported missing and is considered at risk.
Authorities report that Chinniah was last seen on Friday, November 28, 2025, around 2:33 p.m. near the 2000 block of North Leithgow Street in Philadelphia. At the time, he was driving a grey Hyundai Sonata with a Pennsylvania license plate KSA-0938.
Chinniah is described as standing 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing about 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, a white polo shirt, tan trousers, and white sneakers.
While details about the circumstances of his disappearance have not been released, police have classified the case as an endangered missing person, signalling serious concern for his safety.
Professional records available to the public show that Chinniah works as an AI strategy and mergers-and-acquisitions consultant at KPMG, according to his LinkedIn profile. He graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, completing his studies between 2018 and 2022.
Currently, authorities have not reported any verified sightings or updates regarding his location.
