INDVest NYC Highlights Indias Innovation Surge Towards 35T USD Economy

New York City, NY, USA: The INDVest Forum NYC, in partnership with StartoPreneur360, conducted a virtual session to explore India’s emergence as a global hub of innovation and economic expansion.

The session, titled “The India Moment: Make in India Innovation Driving a $35 Trillion++ Economy by 2047,” was co-hosted by Ravi Karkara, Founder of INDVest Investors Forum NYC, and Shubham Dhoot, Founder of StartoPreneur360.

The panel featured prominent entrepreneurs and investors, including Prabhav Sharma, Chairman of AlphaX Holding (UAE), and Vinod Jose, General Partner at Callapina Capital (USA).

Karkara highlighted the importance of collaboration, stating, “India’s moment is a worldwide invitation to co-create a future where innovation knows no borders.” He emphasised that focusing on strategic sectors such as AI, semiconductors, fintech, water, space technology, defence, green architecture, and infrastructure will drive India’s ambitious growth trajectory.

Prabhav Sharma described India’s development journey as a “tapestry of vision and execution, stitched together through initiatives in space technology, defence, green infrastructure, and startups building satellites and sustainable cities.” He encouraged investors to prioritise bold and meaningful investments, noting, “Ninety per cent of lasting global impact comes from just ten per cent of daring investments in these areas.”

Vinod Jose discussed the startup boom in India, stating, “This surge is not only India’s path to a $35 trillion economy but also a cornerstone for U.S. economic prosperity. Maintaining momentum requires bold funding, trust, and a shared dedication to leading global innovation.”

Co-host Shubham Dhoot urged prompt action, saying, “India’s startups are a spark. Fuel them with innovation and the commercialisation of patented research, and we can illuminate a $35 trillion future.”

The event concluded with an interactive question-and-answer segment, where participants discussed diverse topics, including talent retention, navigating regulations, and scaling sustainable businesses.

Wrapping up the forum, Karkara remarked, “India’s moment is where policy, passion, and potential intersect—offering the world an opportunity to invest in a future that begins today.”

The session emphasised collaborative efforts, reviewed India’s significant progress, and outlined a roadmap for the next generation of global business leaders.
