North Carolina, USA: The North American Telugu Association (NATS), known for organizing various initiatives for Telugu communities in the USA, recently conducted rangoli competitions on Sunday, January 19. The events were held at two locations in North Carolina – The Sai Gurudev Datta Mandir in Charlotte and the Sai Mandir in Cary – as part of Sankranti celebrations.
The NATS Kansas division spearheaded the rangoli competitions, which saw enthusiastic participation from Telugu women across North Carolina. Participants showcased their artistic talents by creating intricate rangoli designs, many of which highlighted Telugu cultural traditions. Among the entries, the top four designs from each competition were selected, and NATS presented special gifts to the winners.
The competitions were successfully coordinated by NATS Kansas women's leadership. The organization expressed its gratitude to all participants for their enthusiasm and to everyone who contributed to the smooth execution of the events. NATS Chairman Prasanth Pinnamaneni and President Madan Pamulapati extended their heartfelt thanks to the team and the attendees for making the event a grand success.
