Former U.S. President Donald Trump revealed a proposed 60-day ceasefire in Gaza, following extensive talks with Israeli leaders aimed at halting the ongoing conflict.

He stated that the temporary truce is intended to create space for peace negotiations, with Qatar and Egypt actively working on a final agreement.

Trump expressed optimism that Hamas would accept the terms; however, the group responded that it would only consider the deal if Israel fully ended its military operations in Gaza.
