Special Edition of World Telugu Literature Conference Launched in Doha

Doha, Qatar: The special edition of the 9th World Telugu Literature Conference, held in November 2024 in Doha, was launched online on Sunday.  Organized by the Vanguri Foundation of America and Andhra Kala Vedika – Qatar, it was the first Telugu literary event in the Middle East.

The 380-page edition, edited by Radhika Mangipudi, Vikram Sukhavasi, Vanguri Chitten Raju, Lakshmi Rayavarapu, and Shai Rachakonda, features contributions from writers across ten countries. The launch was attended by global participants, including key organizers and speakers.

Dr. Raju emphasized the event's role in encouraging new writers, while Vikram Sukhavasi expressed pride in directing and co-editing the edition. Jyoti Valaboju of JV Publications, who designed the book, also joined. Other nations showed interest in hosting the 10th conference.
