Ugadi Celebrations In Frankfurt

A busy Telugu cultural festival in Germany. Telugu communities in Frankfurt have crossed the borders of the Telugu New Year Ugadi spirit, showcasing the splendor of Indian cultural traditions. A large number of Telugu people participated in this program organized by Telugu Veluk Germany (TVG). Appearing in traditional Indian clothes, they add Telugu flair to the festivities.

Various programs were organized to bring out the talent of the local Telugu people and to showcase their cultural awareness. Indian Ambassador Harish Parvaneni and Consulate General of India B.S. Mubarak participated. The highlight of the day-long festivities was the musical fest held in the evening.

In this music festival, the musical performances of famous Indian singers Prithvi Chandra, Manisha Era Batni, and Saket Komanduri of Ithipad band have brought the festival chorus to the heights.  Dr. Narges Eskandari Grunberg, Mayor (Burgermeister) of Frankfurt attended the program as a special guest. Among the guests were the Chairperson of European Union Frankfurt, Class Klip, Chairman of Jawwaji Group of Companies, Jawaji, Member of Foreign Council Nandini, and others.
