Yuvraj Goyal, a 28-year-old sales executive who immigrated from Ludhiana, Panjal to Canada in 2019 on a student visa, was identified as the victim.
Despite having no criminal record, Yuvraj was targeted and fatally shot. Authorities swiftly arrested suspects Manvi Basram (23), Sahib Basra (20), Harkirat Jhutti (23), and Keelan Francois (20) from Ontario in connection with the murder.
