Former Canada Prime Minister Brian Mulroney has passed away

Former Prime Minister of Canada Brian Mulroney 84 has passed away. The family members were informed about his death.

Brian Mulroney was reportedly treated for prostate cancer early last year. At that time Brian Mulroney signed a free trade agreement with the US. But Mulroney gained notoriety after allegations that he made an illegal deal with an arms dealer.

Brian moved on to run a federal campaign in 1984. In that order, Brian Mulroney served as the 18th Prime Minister by winning the largest majority (211 out of 282 seats) in Canadian history. In 1983 he finally won the leadership of the Conservative Party and seized power. At that time they took an oath that 'we are going to build a new party and a new country together'.After that, he was elected as Central Nowa MP. On that occasion, he promised to provide more jobs to the people.

Mulroney's early career began as a university student studying political science who became an adviser to Prime Minister John Diefenbaker. He worked behind the scenes in politics for many years. He earned a law degree in 1976 before becoming the next federal Progressive Conservative leader. Later he left the Conservatives. However, he suffered a defeat from Joey Clerk. Not disappointed even after the defeat.
